This archive follows the English v4.8 edition. Russian and Spanish editions have separate source histories. The book is planned for release Friday, September 18, 2026.
September 16, 2026 — Supporting reader material moved online
The English v4.9 production layout is shorter. Its scope/evidence note, abbreviations, how-to-use guidance and seven treatment-decision questions are now in the online reading guide. The patient appendix remains available through the chapter finder, glossary and visit tools linked there. Disclosures and figure credits remain in the book in combined sections. The English v4.8 numbered reference archive is unchanged.
